Rochester GeneralHospital is part of Rochester (N.Y.) Regional Health.

The outlook revision reflects S&P’s opinion that the creation of Rochester Regional Health by Rochester (N.Y.) General Health System and Rochester, N.Y.-based Unity Health System in 2014 went smoothly.

The outlook revision also reflects S&P’s view that Rochester Regional Health’s robust size and scale translated into a solid operating performance.
