S&P revises Presence Health Network Obligated Group’s outlook to stable

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the ‘BBB-‘ long-term rating on Chicago-based Presence Health Network Obligated Group’s $1 billion series 2016C fixed-rate bonds issued by the Illinois Finance Authority.

The outlook was revised to stable from negative.

“The outlook revision reflects our view of the system’s reduced operating losses in fiscal 2016 and slightly positive operating performance through interim 2017, in line with expectations,” said Suzie Desai, a credit analyst from S&P Global Ratings.
