S&P Global Ratings revised Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health's outlook to positive from stable and affirmed the "A+" long-term and underlying ratings on its bonds.
"The positive outlook reflects Novant's favorable financial profile trends and consistent enterprise strengths," said S&P analyst Jennifer Soule.
