S&P places Samaritan Healthcare on CreditWatch Negative

S&P Global Ratings placed Des Plaines, Ill.-based Samaritan Healthcare’s general obligation bonds on CreditWatch Negative. The bonds are currently rated “BBB+.”

The credit watch placement is a result of Samaritan Healthcare’s inability to provide S&P will timely and sufficient information, according to the debt rating agency.

The credit watch is expected to be resolved in 90 days.
