“The rating reflects our assessment of OHSU’s very strong enterprise and financial profiles,” said S&P analyst Allison Bretz.
The ratings agency also affirmed the “AA-” and “AAA/A-1+” ratings on OHSU’s existing debt and series 2012B-3 and 2012C bonds, respectively.
The outlook is stable.
