UVMMC is the flagship hospital of Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network.
“The ‘A-‘ rating on UVMMC reflects our view of UVMHN’s solid enterprise profile across an expanded network of affiliates, along with a financial profile that is very healthy compared to our expectations for the rating,” said S&P credit analyst Jennifer Soule.
The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P’s view that UVMHN will maintain its enterprise strengths and strong financial profile.
