S&P assigns ‘A+’ rating to St. Charles Health System’s bonds

S&P Global Ratings has assigned an “A+” rating to Bend, Ore.-based St. Charles Health System’s $104.12 million of series 2016A bonds and $7 million of series 2016B bonds.

“The rating reflects our opinion of SCHS’ strong enterprise profile and very strong financial profile,” said S&P analyst Martin Arrick.

The outlook is stable, reflecting SCHS’ sound financial profiles and the limited competition in its service area.
