“The rating reflects sustained improvement in operating results generating margins and debt service coverage that are above median levels and a significant reduction in pro forma maximum annual debt service following the 2016 bond issuance,” said S&P credit analyst Jessica Goldman.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Orlando Health’s lower maximum annual debt service requirement, improved operating performance and ongoing strategic planning efforts.
