“We assessed CMC’s enterprise profile as strong, highlighted by its excellent and growing market position in an expansive service area in central California,” said S&P analyst Aamna Shah. “In addition, we assessed CMC’s financial profile as strong, reflecting our view that while CMC’s financial profile has improved somewhat, there are certain areas that remain limited.”
