S&P affirms ‘BBB-‘ rating for Trinitas Regional Medical Center

 
S&P Global Ratings affirmed its “BBB-” rating for Elizabeth, N.J.-based Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

The rating reflects a reduction in business volume, which has contributed to a decline in market share and a weaker operating performance in fiscal year 2018.

The rating outlook has been revised from positive to stable.
