S&P affirms ‘BBB’ long-term rating for Delano Regional Medical Center

S&P Global Ratings affirmed its “BBB-” long-term rating for Delano (Calif.) Regional Medical Center.

The rating reflects the hospital’s pending affiliation with Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health, which still awaits final regulatory approval.

The rating outlook has been revised from stable to positive.
