Mr. Shaw most recently served as president of RSi’s recently acquired Invicta division, according to a Feb. 28 news release from the company. In his new role, Mr. Shaw will oversee all operations teams and continue to develop revenue cycle process solutions.
Mr. Spencer most recently served as RSi’s vice president of sales, a position he held since joining the company in 2016, according to the release.
Both promotions are effective immediately.
