In addition, USCB has added J&L Teamworks, a Lodi, Calif.-based receivables management services firm, to its portfolio, according to a report published by ACA International.
“In today’s fast-paced and competitive environment, it becomes critical to look for avenues to retain tenured and successful employees and to broaden the services offered to our business partners,” Albert Cadena, USCB America’s CEO and president, said in the report.
Through the transaction, RevSolve and J&L Teamworks will become employee owners at USCB America.
Corporate Advisory Solutions served as an advisor to RevSolve in the transaction.
