Revenue cycle management company Ventra Health has named David Sides CEO, effective May 11.
Mr. Sides joins Ventra from NextGen Healthcare, where he served as president and CEO and continues to serve on the board of directors, according to a May 15 Ventra news release.
He succeeds Steven Huddleston as part of a planned transition, according to the release. Under Mr. Sides’ leadership, Ventra will continue to deepen partnerships with its physician clients, scale AI and automation capabilities across its revenue cycle platform and accelerate growth in both existing and adjacent segments.
