Revenue cycle automation platform Candid Health raised $120 million in Series D funding, led by Sixth Street Growth, the growth-equity arm of investment firm Sixth Street.
Oak HC/FT, a healthcare- and fintech-focused venture growth firm that led Candid Health’s 2025 Series C, also participated, along with venture firm 8VC and startup accelerator Y Combinator, both earlier-stage backers of the company, according to a July 21 news release.
Candid Health is an AI-first revenue cycle management platform built for enterprise healthcare providers, according to the release. The platform unifies clinical, billing and provider data into a single model, pairing a configurable rules engine with AI agents to automate manual billing work.
The company raised $52.5 million in Series C funding in February 2025. Candid Health, based in San Francisco, now serves more than 200 healthcare organizations across the U.S.
