Revenue cycle and reimbursement company Knowtion Health appointed John Holyoak as chief solution officer, Mikky Franklin as chief delivery officer and Sarah Sweeney as senior vice president of marketing and communications.
Mr. Holyoak brings 25 years of healthcare product and technology leadership experience, including roles at Zelis, FinThrive, PELITAS, RevSpring and Change Healthcare, according to a Sept. 10 news release. He will focus on shaping solutions that use technology to identify recoverable reimbursement and direct specialists toward the highest-impact cases.
Ms. Franklin brings more than 25 years of revenue cycle leadership experience, with prior roles at Optum, Steward Health Care, Change Healthcare, R1 RCM and Ascension. She will lead service delivery across Knowtion’s portfolio.
Ms. Sweeney brings more than 20 years of healthcare marketing and communications experience from MedAdvisor Solutions, CAQH, Change Healthcare, McKesson and Vizient. She will lead marketing and communications and work with the executive team on market positioning and growth strategy.
Knowtion serves more than 70 health systems and 660 hospitals across the U.S. according to the release.
