R1 RCM names former Humana executive CIO

R1 RCM has named Eric Tagliere chief information officer. 

Mr. Tagliere most recently served as chief technology officer at Humana, where he led the company’s technology operations to advance their cloud and technology modernization strategy, according to a June 9 news release. 

In his new role, he will lead R1’s global technology organization and will be responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy, innovation agenda and enterprise transformation efforts to support long-term growth.

“With more than three decades of experience leading large-scale technology transformations, Eric is a proven leader who brings unique insights and capabilities to advance our technology strategy. His leadership will help us build a strong, scalable foundation that enables faster, more informed decision-making for both our teams and our customers,” R1 CEO Joe Flanagan said in the release.
