The Colorado Hospital Association is partnering with revenue cycle management company LateralCare to help hospitals across the state strengthen revenue performance and reduce administrative strain.
By shifting revenue cycle operations upstream, the partnership aims to help hospitals improve first-pass yield, accelerate cash flow, and minimize revenue leakage, according to an April 1 LateralCare news release. The partnership also aims to ease administrative burden on already stretched teams.
The collaboration focuses on bringing forward AI-native strategies that surface reimbursement risk earlier, reduce avoidable denials and more closely align financial performance with care delivery, according to the release.
LateralCare will work alongside the Colorado Hospital Association to share insights, education, and innovation pathways that equip hospital leaders to move beyond traditional RCM models and adopt more forward-looking financial strategies, the release said.
