Revenue intelligence and automation company Adonis has appointed two executives to newly created leadership roles.
The company has named Alison Bloom-Kiefer chief product officer and Doug Pickett chief revenue officer, according to an Aug. 19 Adonis news release.
Adonis said the creation of the roles reflects its “continued investment in scaling its platform, accelerating innovation, and delivering greater value to healthcare organizations” as the company enters its next phase of growth. The company raised $40 million in Series C funding in March.
Ms. Bloom-Kiefer previously served as vice president of product and vice president of provider experience strategy and innovation at Oscar Health. In her new role, she will lead Adonis’ product strategy and execution as the company continues its expansion. She will sharpen roadmap priorities and scale product execution, with the goal of helping revenue cycle teams catch issues earlier, cut operational burden and recover more revenue.
Mr. Pickett joined Adonis nearly three years ago as senior vice president of sales, according to the release. He has played a key role in expanding the company’s commercial organization during a period of significant growth. As Adonis’ first chief revenue officer, he will deepen relationships with existing clients, expand its market presence and ensure clients are empowered to deliver the highest standard of clinical care. Before joining Adonis, he was a founding member of Cedar, where he was vice president of commercial strategy.
Adonis deploys a combination of tools that proactively monitor and detect revenue cycle issues, recommend tailored actions and autonomously progress claims to resolution.
