Revenue cycle management company AGS Health named four executives to its senior leadership team, citing accelerating investment in AI, automation and data management as the driver behind the expanded leadership team.
Cheryl Cruver, previously the company’s chief revenue officer, was named president of U.S. Markets and chief commercial officer, according to a June 23 news release. She will have unified oversight of sales, marketing, customer success and transition functions. Ms. Cruver brings more than three decades of healthcare technology experience to the position.
Balaji Sundararajan steps into the newly created role of chief data and AI officer, consolidating data governance, analytics and AI product development under a single executive. Mr. Sundararajan previously led AGS Health’s global engineering function and holds more than 30 years of technology leadership experience, including two decades focused on AI and automation.
Susan Worthy joins the company as chief marketing officer. Ms. Worthy previously served as CMO at Gainwell Technologies and held marketing leadership roles at Amwell, Optum and Aetna.
Joel Gleason adds the title of chief customer officer to his existing role as senior vice president of customer success, leading client relationship strategy across the company’s portfolio. Mr. Gleason has more than 30 years of health IT and services experience.
