Five revenue cycle leaders to know:
Jean Bryll. Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, RWJBarnabas Health (West Orange, N.J.). Ms. Bryll was promoted to senior vice president and chief revenue cycle officer at RWJBarnabas Health in 2025, having served as the system’s vice president of revenue cycle since November 2019. RWJBarnabas Health is New Jersey’s largest integrated health network, comprising 12 hospitals and a broad ambulatory network. Ms. Bryll’s prior experience includes leadership roles at revenue cycle consulting firm MedAssets.
Nikki Harper. Chair Revenue Cycle — Analytics, Automation & Diversified Revenue, Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minn.): Ms. Harper joined Mayo Clinic in 2023 after serving as enterprise vice president of patient financial services for Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health. At Mayo Clinic, she has spearheaded initiatives that leverage AI to streamline revenue cycle operations and enhance operational efficiency systemwide. She has built and refined automation and analytics teams to improve performance metrics while fostering readiness for technological change.
Lakmini Kidder. Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Revenue Officer, Vanderbilt Health (Nashville, Tenn.). Ms. Kidder joined Vanderbilt Health in 2024 from Johns Hopkins Health System, where she served as vice president of enterprise revenue cycle management. In her role, she oversees all aspects of VUMC’s integrated revenue cycle, encompassing hospitals, clinics, the Vanderbilt Medical Group and Vanderbilt Integrated Providers, as well as chargemaster management, pricing strategies and governmental reporting. At Johns Hopkins, she integrated technologies to enhance patient-facing and revenue cycle functions, resulting in improvements in revenue performance and experience.
Tony Morrison. Vice President and Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, Sanford Health (Sioux Falls, S.D.). Mr. Morrison was promoted to vice president and chief revenue cycle officer at Sanford Health in April 2025, having served as vice president of revenue cycle since January 2020. He has prioritized automation as a core strategy to keep the revenue cycle efficient and scalable across Sanford’s large geographic footprint, aiming to reduce cost to collect and support teams handling complex work that requires human judgment.
Troy Spring, MHA, CHFP. Vice President of Enterprise Revenue Cycle, Intermountain Health (Salt Lake City). Mr. Spring was named vice president of revenue cycle at Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health and took on his current role at Intermountain following the systems’ 2022 merger. Under his leadership, Intermountain’s Peaks Region — formerly SCL Health — transformed from a middle-of-the-pack performer into a consistent award winner, earning both the HFMA MAP Award and Kodiak Solutions’ Top Performing Revenue Cycle Award.
