Ann Garnier, COO of CarePayment: The FCC’s latest rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) target unwanted spam texts and robocalls sent to consumer cell phone numbers. Understand how the numbers will be used and confirm this use complies with the TCPA.
