The company said its new name signals its intention to break the cycle of inefficiency associated with traditional RCM technologies, according to a March 28 news release.

“For healthcare to realize its true potential, revenue cycle management software needs a new vision,” nThrive President & CEO Hemant Goel said in the release. “The future of the healthcare economy requires a connected and holistic approach.”

The rebrand announcement comes after nThrive’s acquisition of TransUnion Healthcare in December 2021 and its pending acquisition of Texas software company PELITAS.
