RCM company Cardon Outreach merges with Diversified Healthcare Resources

Revenue cycle management company Cardon Outreach, based in The Woodlands, Texas, has merged with eligibility and enrollment services company Diversified Healthcare Resources, based in Anaheim, Calif.

“The combination of our companies provides the opportunity for two strong, technology-enabled service organizations to provide even more value to the hospitals who select us to manage their revenue cycle,” said Glen Laschober, CEO of Cardon Outreach.

Cain Brothers was Cardon’s financial advisor for the transaction, and Greenberg Advisors advised DHR.

The combination of the companies allows DHR to expand its business lines. Together, Cardon and DHR service more than 610 hospitals and 300 clinics in 46 states. After the close of the transaction, each company will retain its brand and current facilities.
