Ms. Womack joined the company in September as CFO, according to a May 14 Alpha II news release. She begins her new role immediately.
Prior to joining Alpha II, Ms. Womack served as CFO of Abrigo, a software provider for financial institutions, according to the release. She also previously worked for more than a decade in consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal’s private equity and performance improvement division.
