R1 RCM, Phreesia partner to improve patient experience

R1 RCM and Phreesia are joining forces.

R1 RCM is a Chicago-based provider of revenue cycle management and physician advisory services. Phreesia is a New York City-based healthcare software company focused on patient intake.

By partnering together, R1 and Phreesia aim to improve the front-end experience by standardizing patient access and help providers reduce waste, the companies said via news release.

“R1 is committed to the patient experience across all settings of care and payment models,” said R1 President and CEO Joe Flanagan. “This partnership with Phreesia strengthens our front-end processes so providers can focus on patient care.”
