Here are four things to know about Mr. Culotta.
1. Mr. Culotta has served as executive vice president and CFO of Quorum since the organization separated from CHS in April 2016. His resignation will be effective March 31.
2. Following his departure, Mr. Culotta will enter into a consulting agreement with Quorum and continue to advise the company’s management team on financial matters.
3. Alfred Lumsdaine will serve as executive vice president of finance, effective Feb. 12. He will take on the roles of executive vice president and CFO once Mr. Culotta’s resignation becomes effective.
4. Mr. Lumsdaine has served as president of population health for Atlanta-based Sharecare, a health and wellness engagement platform, since 2016.
