The corporate office is in South St. Louis County and has several satellite offices in the St. Louis area, according to the article. The Washington office, which has six service providers, is slated to close Dec. 23.

“We are kind of a sister company or almost joint with the CenterPointe outpatient program [Washington], CenterPointe Hospital [St. Charles, Mo.-based], [which] was bought out by these investors, who are really mostly hospital people, not outpatient [providers],” Ginger O’Briskie, Washington office manager, said in the report. “We were originally told they were just going to revamp patient programs and leave all the clinics open.”

However, she said in the report, they were subsequently told the “small offices” weren’t feasible to keep open.

Ms. O’Briskie wasn’t sure who bought CenterPointe, and calls to the corporate office by emissourian.com weren’t immediately returned.
