The Toledo, Ohio-based health system said the changes take effect Jan. 1. They are working with employees affected by the changes and expect that most will have opportunities within ProMedica, according to the report.

The Holland location is closing due to lower volume and other locations nearby, according to the report. The two urgent care locations in Perrysburg will merge to provide services to adult and pediatric patients in one place.
