Phoenix Imaging offers systems and technology that digitize paper-based documents into computer files and electronic systems.
Pollux technology division president Jeff McGowan said the acquisition furthers the company’s strategy to expand its financial services footprint into other markets, including financial institutions, school systems and government agencies. Pollux currently provides revenue cycle management, medical billing and consulting services within the healthcare industry.
