The Brawley, Calif.-based system, which operates a 107-bed acute care hospital as well as several outpatient physician, primary and specialty clinics throughout Imperial County approximately 120 miles east of San Diego, has joined forces with Atlanta-based Warbird Consulting Partners to come up with the range of recommendations, numbering 15 in total.
Pioneers Memorial’s total revenues for fiscal year 2022 were $135 million.
Warbird formed a specific healthcare branch, Warbird Healthcare Advisors, in June 2022 to provide healthcare leadership teams with “creative and innovative” approaches to try and offset increasing costs in the industry.
