Wayne State’s direct admissions program, called Wayne Med-Direct, funds and guarantees admission to the university’s undergraduate honors college and its medical school.

Currently, the Med-Direct program is included of the university’s general budget, but the $10 million donation will allow the university to direct those funds elsewhere.
