By implementing BillingPlatform’s cloud-based system, PGi aims “to transform… [its] global billing and monetization capabilities.” according to a news release.
BillingPlatform’s Agile Monetization Platform includes core billing, rating and invoicing functionality. It also includes workflow and “seamless integration with internal systems for provisioning and account management,” the release states.
“We selected BillingPlatform because they are committed to working with PGi on our strategic initiative to overhaul and improve our billing systems,” John Perkins Sr., vice president global IT operations at PGi, said in the release. “Their platform is improving invoicing processes and gives us the flexibility to roll out new pricing bundles and packages quickly based on customer criteria and market demands.”
