Here are three things to know about the new feature.

1. PerfectServe Synchrony is a communications feature powered by Dynamic Intelligent Routing. The mobile app is designed to provide charge capture.

2. The app allows providers to capture charges at the point of care. The feature aims to eliminate the time between the point of service and actual billing.

3. “For physician practices and other small or independent providers, this lag time can have a devastating impact on their financial situation. The new charge capture functionality expedites the first step within the revenue recognition cycle so that physicians may more quickly receive all the reimbursement they deserve,” said Terry Edwards, CEO of PerfectServe.
