PeaceHealth also added new content to its financial assistance website. The website now offers its billing and collections policy information in five different languages (Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog and Spanish) and identifies which providers do and do not participate in the financial assistance program.
PeaceHealth officials told KEZI public notes promoting and advertising their financial assistance program will be displayed in high-traffic areas, like the emergency department.
