Here are three things to know about the promotion.
1. Mr. Pinataro joined Payspan in 2015 as the firm’s COO. He held that position for three years before taking on the CEO role.
2. Mr. Pinataro has 30 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies like GE, ADP, Open Solutions and Alegeus Technologies. He began serving in C-suite and upper management roles for software-as-a-service companies in 1998.
3. Payspan also named Mark Chapman the company’s new president and CFO. Prior to joining Payspan, Mr. Chapman was CEO of mobile telephony messaging provider VoApps.
