Parkland Health Constructs $1.3B New Hospital Campus

Dallas-based Parkland Health and Hospital System is constructing a new $1.3 billion Parkland hospital campus in Dallas, according to a report by The Dallas Morning News.

The new 865-bed Parkland facility will include 23 operating rooms. Also, a medical-surgical outpatient clinic is expected to open on the new campus in about a year. The facility is scheduled to open in May 2015, according to the report.
