Patientco is a healthcare payment technology company. Pamplona’s investment will be used to fuel the expansion of Patientco’s sales footprint, development of new functionalities and increased market leadership of the company’s newest offering: Patientco Essentials. Patientco Essentials allows users to automatically manage and reconcile patient payments across all point-of-service, patient access, business office and third party locations.

Pamplona’s investment also includes a commercial deal to embed Patientco’s capabilities into Pamplona’s MedAssets Revenue Cycle and Precyse businesses. Pamplona acquired MedAssets RCM and Precyse in 2015, and the businesses will be merged this year.
