Healthcare revenue cycle management software provider Ontario Systems has acquired Justice Systems.
Here are three things to know.
1. Justice Systems provides state and municipal court systems with case management software and electronic payments solutions.
2. Through the acquisition, Ontario, which serves the healthcare, accounts receivable management and government markets, aims to continue growth in the government marketplace, according to a news release.
3. Ron Fauquher, Ontario Systems CEO, said of the acquisition: "This alignment is about growth and seizing a strong market opportunity where we feel we can offer an enhanced solution. Combining our people, products and market strategies provides tremendous benefits to the markets we jointly and uniquely serve."
