When employees didn’t receive paychecks on Nov. 1, Pinnacle Specialty Hospital’s owners blamed an issue with payroll. Soon after, the owners shut down the facility without paying employees, according to the report.

A group of employees have hired an attorney to represent them and sent a letter to the hospital’s former owners demanding their unpaid wages.
