nThrive was created by the integration of MedAssets and Precyse. The rebranding involves MedAssets’ CDI Manager tool and Precyse’s precyseCDI solution. The two products are now branded nThrive CDI. The web-based solution aims to improve documentation to ensure appropriate reimbursement.

CDI Manager and precyseCDI will transition to nThrive CDI during the next several months. The first release of the software will be available in mid-November, and the second release is slated for the first quarter of next year.

In addition, nThrive changed the name of Precyse University, a provider of ICD-10 and revenue cycle management services, to nThrive Education.
