NThrive, a revenue cycle management services and technology company, entered into an agreement to acquire Adreima.
Adreima, headquartered in Downers Grove, Ill., offers clinically integrated revenue cycle services aimed at helping patients manage their financial obligations. The company's competencies include patient advocacy, eligibility and self-pay collections.
The acquisition represents nThrive's business strategy to become a comprehensive revenue cycle management, services and IT provider.
