Northern Dutchess Hospital moves into phase 3 of $47M construction project

Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, N.Y., moved into the third phase of its $47 million construction project.

The hospital is constructing an 86,500-square-foot medical pavilion, which when complete, will include six operating rooms, accessible medical office space and a new private-room patient wing.
