HMS will continue to provide Medicaid overpayment recovery services to New York as part of its current contract and will expand its services to include administration of the technology and processes needed for provider overpayment self-disclosure.
HMS has provided third-party liability and program integrity services for New York since 2001, during which time the company recovered more than $1 billion on behalf of the state’s Medicaid program.
