The newly formed Southern California Integrated Care Network Ventura County Chapter is funded by two Dignity Health hospitals: St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, Calif., and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo, Calif., according to the report.
The new integrated network includes more than 250 physicians, most of who were already affiliated with the two hospitals, according to the report. Network physicians will strive to meet national care quality standards and will contract with payors to earn financial incentives for meeting or exceeding those standards, according to the report.
