University Medical Center in Las Vegas Posts $87.2M Loss

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas has posted an $87.2 million loss for the fiscal year ended June 30, according to a Las Vegas Review-Journal report.

This fiscal year’s losses are a 2.6 percent increase from last fiscal year’s losses. In addition, UMC posted net revenues of $467.4 million, representing a 4.6 percent decrease from net revenues last year, according to the report. This is the tenth straight year the hospital posted operating losses.
