1. Navigant manages RCM solutions via its subsidiary Navigant Cymetrix, while BHSF is a nonprofit system with approximately 19,500 employees and more than 3,000 physicians.
2. The joint venture is designed to offer revenue cycle service to healthcare organizations, beginning with BHSF, according to a news release.
