Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded Kettering (Ohio) Health Network’s bond rating to “A2” from “A3.” The rating action affects approximately $397 million of revenue bonds.

The rating upgrade was based on a number of factors, including KHN’s strong operating margins in fiscal year 2013 and FY 2014.

KHN’s outlook is stable, which reflects Moody’s expectation that the health network’s margins should remain in-line with or better than “A2” medians.
