Moody's upgrades Gainesville Hospital District rating to 'Ba1'

Moody's Investors Service upgraded Gainesville (Texas) Hospital District issuer and general obligation limited tax debt ratings from "Ba2" to "Ba1."

The district includes North Texas Medical Center, and its upgrade reflects the bankruptcy court's confirmation of the district's plan of adjustments,  ending the uncertainty about the district's bankruptcy proceedings.

The rating outlook is stable.
