Moody’s upgrades Agnesian HealthCare’s rating to ‘A2’

Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Agnesian HealthCare’s rating to “A2” from “A3,” affecting approximately $100 million of fixed rate revenue bonds.

The upgrade is based on several factors, including Agnesian’s track record of strong operating cash flow margins, steadily improved liquidity ratios and distinctly leading market share.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Agnesian will continue to generate solid operating margins and sustain liquidity ratios.
